We use it because it handles everything in one place: your application, affiliate link, discount code, sales tracking, and monthly payouts. It also means your data stays secure and your commissions are tied directly to verified order activity.
How do I get paid?
Commissions are paid out through Shopify Collabs — you'll set up your payout method there after you're approved. When a sale is made through your link or code, the commission is held in a 30-day pending window to account for any returns. Once that clears, payouts are processed automatically twice per month as long as your balance is at least $25.
What commission rate do I earn?
The Field Staff Program is structured around two tiers based on your reach and performance. Rates start at 15% and go up to 18% as you grow your impact. Every sale made through your unique affiliate link or discount code counts toward your commissions.
